Do you want to create your own thank-you screens, send respondents to a new page when they submit your typeform, or prevent incomplete forms from being submitted? We have just the solution: add an
onSubmit callback to your embedded typeforms.
onSubmit callback will execute immediately after a respondent successfully submits the typeform by clicking the "Submit" button.
onSubmit will send the submission event to your parent frame (if there is one) or window object.
The event is only sent for successful submissions. If a form has validation errors or the network connection is disrupted while the respondent is completing the form, the event is not sent.
onSubmit to your embedded typeform, include the
onSubmit parameter in your widget or popup embed code. Check out Embed modes for code samples.
onSubmit parameter is available for PRO+ accounts only.
Here's an example of how the
onSubmit callback can help you build your application: http://typeformio.github.io/form-submit-demo/. The source is available at https://github.com/TypeformIO/form-submit-demo.
